  Kathy and Mende are so much fun and very knowledgeable about their products. They both worked with me to find out what the best vacuum would be for my home. They let me try them all on pet hair and cereal and sand. I bought a Simplicity, lightweight, powerful , and best of all Made in America. I will never shop anywhere else for vacuums now that I have found this store. Next I will be back for a new air purifier. Love these gals.

  Fabulous experience. Kathy sold me a Maytag M700 vacuum at a great price that works better than expected and made in USA with a 4 year warranty. If you are looking for a new vacuum, stop and see Kathy. She is fabulous and very experienced with the different types of vacuums.

  Kathy Allen was amazing! I came in with two three-year-old twin toddlers, carried in a sweeper with a bad motor, and was greeted and treated with the kind of customer service I've been missing. She not only helped me to recover from the defected sweeper, she also helped entertain my children while showing me additional items, like the Oreck Orbiter! Exceptional help! Thanks Kathy! Since the appointment, Kathy has followed up letting me know the status of my replacement.
